Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store to provide exceptional service and product knowledge about Nefertari s natural body care range.
- Demonstrate and explain the unique benefits and historical significance of products to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash or electronic payments responsibly.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
- Participate in store promotions, product launches, and special events to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback, sales trends, and inventory levels to store management.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness standards within the retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining store displays and inventory.
- Ability to work full-time, under a fixed or unlimited contract, and commit to on-site retail hours.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak retail periods as required.
- Passion for natural body care products and an interest in Egyptian heritage is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a premium brand.
