Retail Sales Representative

About the Role:

Responsible for engaging with customers, providing detailed health information (ingredients, dietary fit) about our chocolates, processing sales transactions, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for all customers. The representative will also handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide product knowledge and expert advice to guide customer purchases
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
Speaks fluent English, huge plus if you know Arabic
Appreciates health and wellness
Able to memorize detailed product descriptions and ingredients of our healthy products.
Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
Sales and cash handling skills for processing transactions accurately
Inventory management and restocking skills to maintain store organization
Prior retail or sales experience in the food industry is a plus
Bachelor's Degree
