Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task management to boost overall productivity and sales performance.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and customer-focused environment.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, creating attractive displays that entice customers and align with brand guidelines to maximize sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure accurate product placement to minimize loss and optimize product availability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility and a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff at all levels.
