Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and manage the team efficiently. The ideal candidate must have a strong retail background, leadership qualities, and a result-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Lead and train store staff
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store hygiene
- Handle store-level HR and administrative tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in retail/store management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare retail sector is a plus
