Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
Support in delivering a positive shopping experience
Sales Support
Assist customers with product selection and purchases
Support the sales team in achieving store targets
Promote products and ongoing offers
Store Operations
Assist in arranging and replenishing merchandise on shelves
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Support inventory checks and stock management activities
Cashiering & Billing Support
Assist in billing and payment processes
Handle basic POS/cash counter activities under supervision
Learning & Development
Participate in retail training and development programs
Learn store policies, product knowledge, and customer handling techniques
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (any field)
Experience
Freshers or 0–1 year of experience
Retail/customer service internship is a plus
