Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of active and dormant retail traders to increase trading frequency and engagement.
 - Develop strong client relationships through regular calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
 - Provide tailored support to high-value clients and identify upselling opportunities.
 
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to traded volume, net deposits, ARPU, and retention rate.
 - Promote trading incentives, loyalty programs, and new platform features to increase activity.
 - Reactivate dormant or low-activity clients through structured win-back campaigns.
 
Trading Support & Education
- Assist clients in understanding platform tools, instruments, and market opportunities.
 - Guide clients on how to optimize their trading experience and manage risk effectively.
 - Collaborate with research and education teams to share market insights with clients.
 
Client Segmentation & Follow-Up
- Work with CRM systems to manage and prioritize follow-ups based on client value and activity.
 - Implement segmented workflows for standard, premium, and HNW clients.
 - Identify clients at risk of churn and take proactive steps to retain them.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with compliance, payments, and customer support to ensure smooth client experience.
 - Share client feedback with product and marketing teams to improve offerings and engagement.
