Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage retrofit and renovation projects from concept to handover, including planning, execution, and close-out.

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost control.

  • Prepare and review HAP (Heat Load Analysis) and support HVAC design decisions.

  • Review, prepare, and modify AutoCAD drawings (design, shop drawings, and as-builts).

  • Provide technical support to QS and Estimation teams during tendering, variations, and cost evaluations.

  • Oversee MEP installations and designs, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and approved specifications.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including scope definition, performance monitoring, and site execution.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and end users, addressing technical queries and driving satisfaction.

  • Prepare technical reports, method statements, and documentation required for approvals.

  • Drive submissions and approvals with authorities, consultants, and clients.

  • Lead site teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) in retrofit environments.

  • Proficiency in HAP and AutoCAD.

  • Sound understanding of project planning and execution in live / operational buildings.

  • Ability to support commercial, QS, and estimation activities.

  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong capability in subcontractor management and coordination.

  • Experience in preparing technical reports and approval documentation.

  • Proven team leadership with clear communication and decision-making skills.
