What You ll Do

* Execute and oversee revenue management processes across Rooms and F&B
* Update forecasts, room inventory, and group quotations while monitoring market shifts
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to improve yield
* Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to refine strategy
* Develop and implement dynamic pricing models for Rooms, restaurants, and events
* Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Finance, and F&B teams for alignment of strategies
* Prepare forecasts for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and F&B revenue
* Support annual budget preparation and financial projections with accurate data analysis
* Optimize distribution channels including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate accounts
* Evaluate group and corporate contracts for profitability and renewal decisions
* Monitor F&B revenue streams to recommend pricing adjustments and menu optimization
* Prepare and present reports on KPIs including RevPAR, market share, and revenue performance
* Partner with ACCOR on RFPs and CVENT to position the hotel as a preferred client choice
* Continuously identify improvements in revenue management systems and processes

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field
* Proven experience in hotel revenue management or financial analysis
* Strong knowledge of forecasting, pricing strategies, and distribution channels
* Proficiency in revenue management systems, MS Excel, and hotel PMS software
* Analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
