Revenue Assurance Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Revenue Assurance Operations
• Perform end-to-end reconciliations between network usage, mediation, billing, and customer management systems.
• Ensure completeness of usage data from network elements (voice, data, SMS, content, and interconnect).
• Validate billing accuracy rating, discounts, promotions, roaming, and interconnect charges.
• Identify revenue leakages and follow up with relevant teams for closure and recovery.
• Develop and maintain RA dashboards and KPIs (leakage %, completeness, data accuracy).

Controls & Monitoring:

• Implement and maintain automated RA controls and reconciliation scripts.
• Perform daily/weekly control checks and report anomalies to management.
• Support the enhancement of existing controls based on business changes and new product launches.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct data analytics to identify patterns of leakage, inefficiencies, or potential fraud.
• Prepare management reports summarizing key findings, root causes, and financial impact.
• Recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Work closely with Finance, IT, Network Operations, Billing, and Product teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in new product assurance (UAT testing, billing verification before commercial launch).
• Support Fraud Management by sharing insights on abnormal usage detected during RA checks.

Audit & Compliance:

• Support internal and external audit activities related to revenue processes.
• Ensure compliance with RAFM framework, GSMA best practices, and regulatory requirements (TRA Bahrain).
