Revenue Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee sales contracts, and ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for group companies.

Ensure proper contract registration in Oracle EAM, and maintain updated physical and digital contract records.

Monitor commercial terms to ensure invoice accuracy in line with contract agreements and client-approved job schedules.

Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve invoicing and contractual matters.

Support the collections team to enhance revenue collection efficiency and reduce outstanding balances by:

Maintaining up-to-date customer account summaries (SOAs)

Sharing outstanding account data upon payment receipt

Monthly account reconciliation with clients

Preparing and sharing reports on billing, revenue trends, and discrepancies

Identifying missed revenues by comparing paid, billed, and used resources across companies

Candidate Requirements:

Certified CPA / CA / CMA / ACCA, or an MBA with a finance specialization.

Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, billing, or a similar group-level position.

Strong knowledge of contract terms, invoicing, POC billing, and accounts receivable processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to handle large-scale transactions.

Preferred experience in facilities management, B2B services, or related industries.
