Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy: Drive pricing, forecasting, and business mix optimization across all assigned hotels.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor benchmarking, demand analysis, and STR reviews to maintain strong positioning.
- Reservations Oversight: Ensure consistent reservation standards, conversion performance, and inventory governance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Review ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, TRevPAR, MPI, ARI and RGI performance; present insights to leadership.
- Systems & Tools: Ensure effective use of PMS, RMS, CRS, channel managers, and BI platforms.
- Training & Culture: Coach Reservations teams and promote a revenue focused mindset across departments.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand standards, pricing governance, and revenue management best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 6 8 years in revenue management, e distribution, and reservations, ideally in multi property roles.
- Expertise: Strong command of RMS, PMS, CRS, channel management, STR, Lighthouse, and BI tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence senior leaders, train teams, and drive cross departmental alignment.
