Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Revenue Operations Specialist will support day-to-day sales and revenue operations, working closely with the sales team and reporting directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations to ensure operational excellence across the full sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day revenue operations, supporting the sales team across the full deal lifecycle.
Oversee and optimize the sales process, ensuring consistency and efficiency across workflows.
Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to support account transitions and handoffs.
CRM & Opportunity Management
Own and maintain data integrity within Salesforce, including opportunity tracking, closed dates, delivery timelines, pipeline accuracy, and reporting.
Ensure opportunities are properly structured and aligned with internal processes.
Contracting & Deal Execution
Manage the contracting process within CRM and document tools.
Support the creation, tracking, and execution of contracts using tools such as PandaDoc or similar platforms.
Oversee Statements of Work, ensuring accurate setup, proper renewal tracking, and identification of automation opportunities.
Forecasting & Reporting
Support sales forecasting processes, including weekly forecast meetings, pipeline reviews, and updates.
Partner with sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy and visibility.
Utilize tools such as Clari or similar platforms for forecasting and pipeline management when applicable.
Commissions & Compensation
Own and manage the commission process, ensuring commission plans are correctly implemented.
Calculate and validate commissions for Account Executives.
Support onboarding of new hires with commission plan setup and communication.
Process Improvement & Enablement
Identify and implement improvements to sales and revenue operations processes.
Drive automation initiatives, particularly around renewals and contract workflows.
Act as a key operational partner to the sales team, helping streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks.
Qualifications Experience
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
Proven experience with Salesforce and contracting processes.
Experience working in a B2B sales environment is a plus.
Skills
Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and revenue operations.
Proficiency in data management and pipeline forecasting.
Familiarity with commission calculations and compensation management.
Ability to implement process improvements and drive automation.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
Experience with PandaDoc, Clari, or similar tools is preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
