Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role is responsible for accurately tracking and processing all refunds and compensation, supporting in other projects and working to GACA & Credit Card Scheme timelines for Refunds and Compensation cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily the refund and compensation Zendesk ticket.
- Update the refunded cases in both Zendesk and skyspeed.
- Assess all cases accurately and in-line with GACA regulations & flyadeal policy.
- Action Credit card cases with the correct amount after approval.
- Daily follow up the pending cases.
- Update Daily the IBAN and compensation cases with the ledger sheet.
- Check daily the refund automation portal for any validated cases.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree level in finance, business or any related field.
Fresh graduate.
Working knowledge of the Navitaire suite of systems is a plus
Microsoft Office Tools.
Solid mathematical skills.
