Job Description
Job Title : RIDER ASSOCIATE
Department :DELIVERY SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Purpose & Scope : To ensure effective Control of Delivery Operation in line with Company Procedures.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
Maintain the company full fleet (DXB )
Maintain company inventory and client inventory
Be the POC for rider queries and grievances and provide solutions.
Supervise and control the entire fleet operations.
Follow up with the riders regarding fine acknowledgment process and ensure amounts are deposited timely.
Reach out to riders to make sure riders are complying with Talabat
COD set limits and following the SOP's.
Be the first point of contact for riders in case of emergencies such as
bike breakdown and accident and provide them information and
solutions to get the issues resolved.
Align with Talabat rider availability expectations and ensuring that riders are available throughout the operational hours to ensde smooth operation.
Passing , renewal ( New vehicle registration) transfer , all related RTA work (Adv permit )
Monitor riders Delivery permit and updates new RTA and Government regulation regarding Delivery services .
Coach and guide the riders on talabat SOP's regarding uniform compliance and grooming SOP's and make sure fleet is following the standards.
Coordinate and collaborate within the team and other departments to achieve the completions of the tasks.
Ensure by training and informing the riders that all government and traffic rules are being followed.
Keep a track record of bike maintenance, issuance and taking over the asserts from the fleet.

As per operational requirement Employee may be deployed in any of the Emirates and may be assigned to different department when required.
