Roles & Responsibilities

Last-Mile Rider Supervisor will be responsible for managing and developing our fleet of delivery riders within an assigned area. Should ensure operational excellence, high performance, and rider satisfaction to guarantee a seamless customer experience in the fast-paced food and grocery tech industry.



Job Description:

Ensure all riders are properly scheduled with balanced shifts, breaks, and off days to maximize efficiency and well-being.

Conduct regular on-the-ground audits of rider behavior, including adherence to company policies, and inspect fleet appearance and equipment for compliance.

Coach riders to improve their performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Hold weekly meetings with (3PL) supervisors to discuss performance, address challenges, and align on operational goals.

Track and report on rider attendance and punctuality, sharing a list of late and absent logins with all 3PL partners.

Address rider tickets and complaints in a timely and effective manner, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and improve morale.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1:3 years of experience in Food & Grocery tech companies, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong understanding of last mile processes & Food and Grocery industry.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
