Position: Rig Manager Onshore

Location: Qatar | GCC experience preferred

Sector: Drilling Operations

Are you an experienced Rig Manager focused on safety, performance, and operational excellence?

We are seeking a Rig Manager to lead and oversee our onshore drilling operations, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily rig operations, including drilling and maintenance.

Lead rig crews and foster a strong safety culture.

Coordinate rig-up, maintenance, and rig-down activities.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards, well control, and operational protocols.

Collaborate with engineers, drilling supervisors, and contractors.

Monitor, maintain, and inventory rig equipment.

Maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor s in Engineering or related technical field.

IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification Mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of GCC experience Preferred.

ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus).
