Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging activities for lifting, shifting, and positioning heavy loads
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, hooks, and chains
• Ensure proper selection of lifting gear based on load weight and configuration
• Assist crane operators during lifting operations with proper signaling
• Follow lifting plans and method statements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members
• Handle loading and unloading of materials in shipyard / manufacturing units
• Maintain housekeeping in work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Rigger in Marine / Shipyard / Heavy Industry / Manufacturing
• Knowledge of rigging tools, lifting techniques, and load calculations
• Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA / Aramco preferred)
• Ability to understand lifting plans and signals
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
• Certification in rigging (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Shipbuilding, Offshore, or Marine Projects
• Experience handling heavy structures, pipelines, pressure vessels, or equipment

Working Conditions:

• 8 10 hours duty
• 6 days a week
• Exposure to industrial / shipyard environment
