To perform safe rigging, lifting, and handling of heavy equipment and materials in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards, ensuring all lifting operations are executed efficiently and without risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging and lifting operations as per approved lifting plans
• Inspect all rigging equipment (slings, shackles, hooks, wire ropes) before use
• Ensure proper selection of rigging gear based on load weight and configuration
• Assist crane operators by providing correct hand signals and radio communication
• Secure loads using correct hitch methods (vertical, choker, basket, etc.)
• Calculate load weight, center of gravity (COG), sling angles, and stress factors
• Set up lifting arrangements and ensure stability during operations
• Participate in critical lifts, tandem lifts, and heavy equipment handling
• Follow strict Aramco HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures at all times
• Report unsafe conditions, defects, or hazards immediately
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and lifting teams for smooth execution
• Support installation and alignment of pipelines, structural items, and equipment
