Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Job Accountabilities - I
  • Execute the rigging and lifting activities for onshore facilities are performed safely and in compliance with Company procedures.
  • Ensure the rigging and lifting activities are tracked and aligned to the biweekly schedule.
  • Ensure work orders and operations are closed with maximum inputs and correct data.
  • Execute rigging and lifting activities during normal Operations and in Shutdown, for quality and safety of execution.
  • Conduct effective Toolbox Talks are ensure Job Safety Analysis (JSA) & Method statements are available for all activities.
  • Ensure the permits are prepared with all pertaining documents for flawless execution at site.
  • Assist in conducting investigations as subject matter expert and help to implement all recommended corrective actions.
  • Check and sign Safe Work Practices (SWPs) at site for critical activities.
  • Assist in Senior Supervisor in planning for external resources as per rigging and lifting demand.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Completion of secondary school followed by vocational training program /trade certificate in Engineering.
  • Rigging supervisor certificate issued by approved third party agency.
  • 7 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry or petrochemical industry in maintenance.
  • Knowledge in lifting procedures and practices.
