Job Summary

The Rigging Supervisor will oversee all rigging operations on the NSH Qatar onshore oil & gas project, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant lifting and rigging activities. This role involves supervising rigging crews, coordinating with multiple disciplines, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely completion of rigging tasks.



Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical diploma or certification in rigging, mechanical, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum strong>57 years of rigging experience/strong> in oil & gas / heavy industrial environments.
  • Prior experience as a Lead or Supervisor in similar lifting and rigging operations.
  • Experience working on onshore projects in the Middle East (preferable).

Certifications

  • Rigging and Lifting certification (e.g., NCCER, IRATA is advantageous).
  • Valid Qatar Work Permit / Qatari Safety Passport (if required).
  • First Aid & CPR certification preferred.
