Job Summary:

The Senior Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to the organization. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that the company's risk exposure is minimized and that business objectives are achieved while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze risk factors across various business functions.

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks.

• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior leadership.

• Monitor risk-related data and trends to identify potential threats.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate risk controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field (Master s or professional certifications like FRM or PRM preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in risk analysis or management.

• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.

• Proficiency in risk management tools and software.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
