The role focuses on identifying potential business risks, enhancing compliance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to global standards while safeguarding company assets, people, and reputation.br>

Key Responsibilitiesbr>
- Assist in developing and updating enterprise-wide risk management and compliance policies.
- Support the implementation of risk and compliance programs across all MAF Retail markets.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive actions for identified threats or irregularities.
- Participate in investigations related to fraud, ethics violations, and non-compliance, ensuring all findings are documented and reported appropriately.
- Develop and present reports on risk exposure, mitigation progress, and compliance status.
- Support business continuity and crisis management planning across the organization.
- Analyze retail data and compliance performance metrics to recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate risk strategy with operational goals.
