Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Retail is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to support the Vice President of Risk and Compliance in developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate governance policies across multiple markets. The role focuses on identifying potential business risks, enhancing compliance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to global standards while safeguarding company assets, people, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and updating enterprise-wide risk management and compliance policies.
* Support the implementation of risk and compliance programs across all MAF Retail markets.
* Monitor adherence to company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive actions for identified threats or irregularities.
* Participate in investigations related to fraud, ethics violations, and non-compliance, ensuring all findings are documented and reported appropriately.
* Develop and present reports on risk exposure, mitigation progress, and compliance status.
* Support business continuity and crisis management planning across the organization.
* Analyze retail data and compliance performance metrics to recommend process improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate risk strategy with operational goals.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or governance roles, preferably in retail.
* Strong understanding of corporate ethics, fraud prevention, and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
* Proficiency in risk management tools, data analysis, and reporting systems.
* Ability to handle sensitive investigations with integrity and confidentiality.
