Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do
  • Facilitate risk workshops; own registers, RBS, and QRA (cost & schedule).
  • Run Change Control Boards, impact assessments, approvals, and baselining.
  • Publish dashboards (KRIs, exposure trends, P50/P80) and brief stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal/external audits, close findings with measurable improvements.
  • Coach teams on BMS and uplift maturity through training and playbooks.
What You ll Bring
  • Degree in Engineering/PM/Risk; 8 12+ years in consulting/PMC.
  • ISO 31000/ISO 21502 literacy; GCC client/channel experience.
  • Tooling: Microsoft 365 & SharePoint; Power BI; risk tools (Primavera Risk/Safran/@RISK).
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence and report writing.
Nice to Have: PMP; PMI RMP/MoR; Prosci/CMBoK; Arabic; EVM integration.
Where You ll Work: Hybrid | Riyadh (KSA) with collaboration across KSA & UAE; periodic client site travel.
