Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze processes and identify operational, financial, legal and strategic risks.
- Maintain a daily risk map.
- develop risk mitigation plans and coordinate their implementation.
- Follow periodic updates related to risk management and produce reports for management.
- Organize awareness sessions on risk management practices.
- Participate in internal audits and follow-up on recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and updating of business continuity plans (BCP).
- Integrate regulatory and normative requirements (ISO 28000, ISO 9001, ISO 37000, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in management, finance, auditing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (risk management, internal audit, compliance, etc.).
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies (ISO 31000, FMEA, SWOT, etc.).
- Good understanding of local and international regulations.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
- My mastery of French and a good level of English.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments.
