Assist in carrying out internal compliance and internal control audits.

• Identify, monitor, and analyze non-conformities, as well as associated action plans.
• Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of operational and regulatory risks.
• Contribute to the preparation of risk, compliance, and internal audit reports.
• Participate in updating internal procedures and control mechanisms.
• Lead or contribute to awareness sessions (risks, compliance, fraud).
• Collaborate closely with operational and support departments to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the confidentiality of processed information.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) in Audit, Law, Finance, or Risk Management.
• 2-3 years of experience in the fields of audit, risk, or compliance, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of:
• Internal audit and internal control,
• Regulatory compliance.
• Skills in risk analysis, auditing, reporting, and monitoring action plans.
• Ability to work transversally with different departments.
• Rigor, autonomy, and a strong analytical mind.
• High sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
