Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in carrying out internal compliance and internal control audits.
- Identify, monitor, and analyze non-conformities, as well as associated action plans.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of operational and regulatory risks.
- Contribute to the preparation of risk, compliance, and internal audit reports.
- Participate in updating internal procedures and control mechanisms.
- Lead or contribute to awareness sessions (risks, compliance, fraud).
- Collaborate closely with operational and support departments to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the confidentiality of processed information.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) in Audit, Law, Finance, or Risk Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in the fields of audit, risk, or compliance, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of:
- Internal audit and internal control,
- Regulatory compliance.
- Skills in risk analysis, auditing, reporting, and monitoring action plans.
- Ability to work transversally with different departments.
- Rigor, autonomy, and a strong analytical mind.
- High sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
