Overview:

Establish/review/extend risk management framework policies and procedures to identify, categorize and address risks across the organization. Conducts complex risk assessments, collecting and analyzing outputs from workshops, documentation, statistics, reports, and other data sources. Recommends/reviews and supports the implementation of risk management tool. Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress
Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff. input into weekly/monthly reports for PMC and Project Board. Recommends/reviews and supports the implementation of risk management tool. Assist Project Management Team in reviewing business practices to ensure better management of business and process risks. Identify financial, safety or security risks that the client may face.
