Roles & Responsibilities
Do you want to contribute to flagship missions in a dynamic and international environment?
Within the TLS Acceleration Center, working closely with the mission teams, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Gather information for onboarding new accounts in the various Salesforce modules,
- Launch the different processes in these modules,
- Follow the processes and answer stakeholder questions in coordination with the mission teams.
- Working with the project team to make Salesforce processes even more efficient.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideally, you have a Bac+5 degree and/or you have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Your qualities are as follows:
- Project organization/management: planning and anticipation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation towards our teams (support, training)
- Team spirit: collective distribution of workload / solidarity
- High-quality written and oral communication: precision and rigor
- Proficiency/aptitude and curiosity for information systems and data processing/visualization tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- A very good level in French and English
