Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly qualified Risk Manager to join our team for an ongoing Aramco project in Al-Ahsa (Shedgum). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks across operational and strategic areas to ensure project success and compliance with Aramco standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies in alignment with Aramco project requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential operational, financial, and strategic risks.
- Maintain a risk register and monitor mitigation plans to ensure effective control measures are in place.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to proactively manage and communicate project risks.
- Prepare and present detailed risk analysis reports and mitigation strategies to project leadership and Aramco representatives.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco’s risk management standards and industry best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in risk control and reporting processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the oil & gas or construction sector.
- Proven expertise in risk analysis, operational risk, and strategic risk management.
- Previous experience in Aramco projects within the same field is required.
- Professional certification in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, IRM, ISO 31000, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Immediate availability to join the project site in Al-Ahsa (Shedgum).
