Roles & Responsibilities

· Road & Highway maintenance related only

· Risk Identification and assessment

· Risk Planning and mitigation strategy development

· Contingency Planning for High-priority risks

· Monitor and Control of the risks and the strategies

· Communication with the Project team

· Risks documentation

· Learn from Experience through Lesson Learned publication.

· Insurance and Contracts consultation

· Scenarios Planning

· Continuous training


Qualifications / Skills

· Highway background experience.

· Road maintenance background

· Construction background experience

· International out of MENA proven experience.

· Educational background relevant to the role

· 5+ years of proven experience in relevant position

· Risk Management Certifications such as PMI-RMP or CRM

· Analytical skills

· Communication skills

· Industry Knowledge and familiarity with Public Works Authority regulations

· Adaptability

· Attention to detail

· Ethical Judgement
