Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments by analyzing market trends, regulatory changes, and internal processes to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk thresholds and create contingency plans that minimize potential losses.
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) to senior management, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate risk awareness training sessions for employees to cultivate a culture of risk management throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate and optimize insurance coverage and risk financing strategies to protect organizational assets against unforeseen events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field, showcasing a proven track record of successful risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment tools and software, along with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex data and develop innovative solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey risk insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
