Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying, assessing and monitoring risks within the organization, while ensuring their impact is minimized and business continuity is guaranteed.

Your main missions:
- Identify and assess potential risks (operational, strategic, financial, technological, etc.);
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies;
- Develop tools and key risk indicators (KRIs) for effective monitoring;
- Collaborate with operational teams to integrate risks into business processes;
- Ensure proactive incident management and develop prevention and business continuity plans;
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and risk management committees;
- Lead workshops and training on risk management awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
- Bac+5 in risk management, auditing, finance, engineering or any other related field.

Experience:
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar position or in the fields of risk management, audit or internal control.

Technical skills:
- Excellent knowledge of risk management tools (mapping, KRI, etc.);
- Good command of the regulations and standards applicable to our sector of activity;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Behavioral skills:
- Strategic mindset and ability to anticipate;
- Rigor, proactivity and organization;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a team.
