Roles & Responsibilities

JASARA PMC invites expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Risk Manager specializing in mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with complex mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead risk management activities specifically for mixed-use development projects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks tailored to the unique challenges of mixed-use environments.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and analyses throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate risk mitigation strategies into project planning and execution.
  • Maintain and update risk registers, dashboards, and reports to monitor risk status and trends.
  • Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to promote a proactive risk management culture.
  • Provide insightful risk management reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Management, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in risk management, with significant exposure to mixed-use projects.
  • Proven ability to manage risk in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools, and software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMI-RMP, CRM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience working within the Middle East region is advantageous.
