JOB SUMMARY

RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Risk Officer to join our team and support service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role is responsible for defining and implementing the organisation s Risk Management and Change Control frameworks to support operational excellence through effective identification and management of risks and opportunities. The Risk Officer will support the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management system, lead risk workshops, coordinate risk champions across departments, and ensure accurate risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring. The role also includes preparing risk reports and insights for management, identifying emerging risks and trends, and supporting resilience activities through business impact analysis, recovery planning, and maintaining critical documentation to ensure effective response and continuity.
