Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Riverbed NPM Including (AppResponse , Netprofiler, NetIM, Portal) · Provide centralized remote monitoring service from vendor NOC · Perform continuous monitoring of Riverbed alerts and dashboards · Validate alerts, create incidents, and perform L1 triage · Escalate incidents based on defined SOPs · Provide continuous tuning and optimization aligned with OEM services · Deliver reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Riverbed NPM solutions (SteelCentral, NetIM, etc.).
- Proven expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) and network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of application performance monitoring (APM) concepts and methodologies.
