Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM project execution, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and project requirements for Riyadh projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, outlining project workflows, modeling standards, and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate seamless BIM collaboration and data exchange.
- Conduct clash detection and model reviews to identify and resolve design conflicts, minimizing rework and construction delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design and construction.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent, validating BIM proficiency.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on Riyadh-based projects.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations relevant to the Saudi Arabian market.
