We are looking for an experienced RO Operator Engineer to operate, monitor, and maintain Reverse Osmosis systems and related water treatment equipment. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining water quality standards, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor Reverse Osmosis plant systems and related equipment. Check system parameters such as pressure, flow rate, conductivity, pH, TDS, and chemical dosing. Ensure treated water quality meets required operational and safety standards. Carry out routine inspection of pumps, filters, membranes, valves, tanks, and control panels. Perform backwashing, flushing, cleaning, and chemical dosing as per procedure. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Identify abnormal readings, equipment faults, leakages, or operational issues and report immediately. Maintain daily operation logs, water quality reports, chemical consumption records, and maintenance records. Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and company HSE standards. Coordinate with maintenance, laboratory, and operations teams when required. Ensure proper housekeeping of the RO plant and surrounding work area. Assist in troubleshooting RO system issues and improving plant performance.
