Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain RO plants, water treatment systems, and desalination equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, motors, membranes, valves, filters, pipelines, and dosing systems.
- Monitor water quality parameters including TDS, pH, conductivity, and pressure levels.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in utility equipment.
- Conduct membrane cleaning, replacement, and chemical dosing activities.
- Maintain daily operation and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with production and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company maintenance standards.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of RO and water treatment systems.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, or related technical field.
- 2-3 years of experience in RO systems, water treatment, or desalination plants.
- Experience in paper, plastic, packaging, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial pumps, membranes, PLC basics, piping systems, and utility maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of preventive maintenance systems.
- Familiarity with industrial utilities and wastewater treatment.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production schedules.

We are seeking an experienced RO / Water Treatment Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis (RO) and water desalination systems in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will ensure continuous water treatment operations to support production activities in the paper and plastic packaging plant.
Requirements/p>
