Role & responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage Paint robots.
• Line production monitoring
• Monitor production output and ensure adherence to schedules
• Paint quality checking and controlling.
• Control Paint spray parameter for preventing Quality problem
• Attending Topcoat Audit & Counter-measures preparation.
• Line check sheet update as per system/schedule such as production reports, etc.
• Control and check worker who cleans robots and booth.
• Check the contamination status inside the booth.
• For cleaning and preparing production, control robots in each station.
• Manages robot components that affect quality, such as the bell cup
• Co-ordination with other department members (Maintenance, Q.C etc)
• Body In Paint (BIP) quality feedback and counter measures.
• Train and guide new and existing employees.

Quality problem solving & monitoring methods

English communication skill, Manpower handling skill

Other industrial certifications

3 ~ 4 years in Automobile Manufacturing Industry
