Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure all works performed by the rolling stock maintenance teams will meet the safety requirements and operational needs.

  • Establish the required documentation for the maintenance of the passenger trains.

  • Carry out the maintenance scheduling as per the MMS Plan and review/audit the completion and quality of work with zero incidents.

  • Follow the safety, quality and customer service-oriented culture in the maintenance team.

  • Work on shift and irregular hours

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience and 3 years in overhauls

  • Able to interpret as-built , schematic, and electrical drawings.

  • Capable to operate HVAC and traction motor test bench

  • Experience in electrical equip, traction motor and HVAC overhaul maintenance management.

  • Good in communication and soft skills. MMS tool experience for work order management.

  • Experience on preparation of procedures, SOP's, reports. (trainer/assessor certificate - advantage)
