Rollout Manager Service Altea Energy

Key Activities

• Consolidation and maintenance of rollout plans for the assigned customer project.
• Monitoring and controlling rollout progress in coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and the customer.
• Operational coordination with relevant stakeholders to resolve deployment issues.
• Monitoring and validation of supplier rollout activities in line with project requirements.
• Support management of scope changes, variations, and claims according to established procedures.
• Ensuring readiness of rollout prerequisites (surveys, designs, permits, materials, resources).
• Supporting resource and manpower forecasting for rollout activities.

• Daily update of the Network Sites Rollout Tracker, ensuring accurate visibility of site status, milestones, backlog, and risks across all regions.
• Consolidated rollout execution plan.
• Weekly/monthly rollout progress report.
• Rollout backlog and risk dashboard.
• Rollout manpower forecast.
