Job Overview Guest Room Cleaning and Comfort
As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. You will be responsible for the upkeep of guest rooms, responding to special requests, and maintaining high cleanliness standards in line with Accor's brand expectations. This role requires reliability, efficiency, and a proactive attitude in daily operations.

What You ll Do

* Receive and review daily assignment sheets from the housekeeping office
* Organize the housekeeping trolley with fresh linen, guest amenities, and supplies before starting the shift
* Attend housekeeping section briefings and note guest requests from the supervisor
* Respect Do Not Disturb (DND) signs and report the list of rooms with DND status at shift end
* Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring all areas, including bathrooms and beds, meet hygiene and comfort standards
* Replenish room amenities, minibar items, and stationeries as required
* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the housekeeping supervisor
* Replace soiled or damaged items, remove rotten flowers, clean vases, and place fresh arrangements
* Ensure all items and equipment are safely returned and service areas are secured at end of shift
* Follow Accor guest interaction protocol acknowledge guests, maintain eye contact, and greet professionally
* Adhere to safety policies and housekeeping standards while entering or exiting guest rooms
* Handle guest belongings respectfully and report any valuables left exposed
* Assist with maintaining stock levels and cleanliness in housekeeping pantries and trolleys

Ideal Profile Reliable and Guest-Focused

* Previous housekeeping experience in hotels is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
* Able to manage physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
* Friendly, professional demeanor and guest service mindset
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity during busy hours
* Team-oriented and dependable, with good communication skills
* Basic understanding of safety and hygiene regulations in hospitality
