Key Responsibilities

* Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hygiene standards ensuring all areas meet inspection requirements
* Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and maintain housekeeping trolleys with necessary items
* Assist guests courteously with any requests or queries such as providing extra amenities or room directions
* Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly
* Manage and control cleaning materials to minimize waste and ensure proper usage
* Participate in deep cleaning projects and periodic room inspections as assigned
* Uphold safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in all housekeeping operations

Ideal Profile

* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hotels or hospitality establishments preferred
* Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
* Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
* Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
* Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
