Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hygiene standards ensuring all areas meet inspection requirements
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and maintain housekeeping trolleys with necessary items
- Assist guests courteously with any requests or queries such as providing extra amenities or room directions
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly
- Manage and control cleaning materials to minimize waste and ensure proper usage
- Participate in deep cleaning projects and periodic room inspections as assigned
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in all housekeeping operations

Desired Candidate Profile
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hotels or hospitality establishments preferred
Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
