Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring that all surfaces, fixtures, and amenities are spotless and welcoming.
- Change bed linens and towels efficiently, adhering to the hotel's quality standards for hygiene and presentation.
- Restock room supplies, including toiletries and refreshments, to ensure a pleasant experience for guests upon their return.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, reporting any damages or malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly for swift resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on hospitality or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry for at least 1-2 years.
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
- No specific nationality preference; however, familiarity with local customs and culture is beneficial for guest relations.
