Core Duties

* Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
* Organize and stock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens
* Follow cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks for efficient completion
* Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department
* Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
* Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors
* Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
* Ensure adherence to hotel safety and security protocols
* Provide guests with local knowledge and assistance when required

Candidate Profile

* Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
* Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safe handling practices
* Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
* Strong attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness standards
* Good organizational and time management abilities
* Professional, guest-focused, and service-oriented attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
* Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
