Position Overview
Accor is hiring a Room Attendant for Swissotel Corniche Park Towers in Doha. The role is vital to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a guest-oriented mindset.
Core Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Organize and stock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens
- Follow cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks for efficient completion
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- Ensure adherence to hotel safety and security protocols
- Provide guests with local knowledge and assistance when required

Desired Candidate Profile
Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safe handling practices
Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness standards
Good organizational and time management abilities
Professional, guest-focused, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
