Roles & Responsibilities



Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows or mirrors.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous assistance.
Check rooms for missing or damaged items and report discrepancies.
