Position Overview
Atlantis The Royal is seeking an attentive and service-driven Rooms Controller to deliver exceptional guest experiences through efficient coordination, attention to detail, and proactive communication. The successful candidate will oversee pre-arrival arrangements, manage guest requests, and ensure smooth room allocation and check-in procedures that reflect the resort s world-class standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily room assignments, pre-registrations, and guest arrivals to ensure seamless check-in processes.
* Coordinate and prepare key packets, guest amenities, and special requests in advance.
* Communicate room status updates with front office, housekeeping, and other departments.
* Monitor and manage out-of-order and out-of-service rooms to optimize availability.
* Review and process reservation modifications, cancellations, and group check-ins.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy in room allocation and billing.
* Maintain records and ensure accuracy of room inventory and status reports.
* Assist in maintaining brand service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front office or housekeeping coordination role within a luxury hotel or resort.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Customer-focused with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
