Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Missions:
operational management
- Supervise all operations of the Accommodation Department.
- To guarantee the quality of the reception, stay and departure of clients.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures.
- To ensure effective coordination between the different departments of the hotel.
- Check the quality of rooms and public spaces.
- Managing sensitive situations and customer complaints.
Team Management
- Supervise the heads of the following departments: Front office, customer relations and Housekeeping.
- Recruiting, training, supporting and evaluating employees.
- Develop a service culture geared towards customer satisfaction.
- Develop schedules and optimize team organization.
- Ensuring the motivation and development of talent
Administrative and financial management
- Prepare and monitor the department's budget
- Controlling operating costs and optimizing profitability.
- Analyze performance indicators (occupancy, customer satisfaction, productivity, costs).
- Participate in the revenue management strategy in coordination with the teams concerned.
- Ensure the monitoring of inventories and purchases related to accommodation operations.
Customer satisfaction & quality
- To guarantee a customer experience that meets brand standards.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and implement action plans.
- Participate in quality audits and internal inspections.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and security standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Profile
- Higher education in hospitality, tourism or management.
- Over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry and a minimum of 4 years in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations.
- Mastery of hotel management tools and software.
- Knowledge of the standards of international luxury hotel chains.
- Excellent command of French and English, any other language mastery would be an asset.
